 We are delighted to welcome visitors to all our services and events. You will find these listed on the Home page in the Events section.
New to Church
As Bromham Baptist is a fairly large church it can be difficult to meet and get to know people, especially if you are new to the church.
On Sundays, one of the Welcoming Team will greet you on your arrival and show you into the worship area. After the service, we continue fellowship over coffee and tea.
Please make yourself known to one of the stewards or welcomers and do sign the visitors' book on the Reception desk - where you will also find more information about what is going on during the week.
There are regular newcomers’ light lunches or teas for those who have been worshipping with us for a short while. These enable us to introduce new people to each other and to members of the Leadership and Welcoming Teams.
This is chance to understand a little bit about the mission of the church, its structures and various activities as well as having a good look around! Details of the next one can be found at the Reception desk.
Membership Course
Once you begin to feel settled with us, you may like to do the membership course.
In the course, we present the foundations, vision, mission and aims of the Church, outlining what it means to be a Member of the Church and what Members can expect from the Church. The course also helps you to discover your 'SHAPE' (Spiritual gifts, Heart - passion, Abilities, Personality and Experiences) and in what area of ministry you might best serve in the church.
These courses take place over three mid-week evenings.
