As part of the Taste ‘n’ See fortnight organised by Bromham Baptist Church you are invited to a rather unique Men’s Banquet hosted by The MOB (Men of Bromham).  The banquet will be held in Bromham Village Hall and promises an evening of good food, lively entertainment and a chance for plenty of conversation about extremely important subjects like sport and cars!  (Yes, you guessed, this is written by a woman!)

The after dinner speaker is Gary Grant, Chairman and founder of ‘The Entertainer’ toy shop chain.  Along with his wife Catherine he started the first Entertainer Toy Shop in 1981 and the company now boasts 41 stores nationwide. With a continuing mission of being ‘mad about toys’ and, unusually in this day and age, not opening his shops on a Sunday, Gary has gained the respect of customers and business associates alike.   

With a strong faith and ever conscious of his responsibilities as both retailer and an employer, his approach to business and his personal story promise an enjoyable and interesting climax to the evening.
