Ministry Team Areas

In order for us to fulfil our vision and mission as a Church, we believe that every member should be encouraged to discover his/her gifts and abilities before God and use them in His service.  To enable this to happen, the Church has set up Ministry Team Areas (MTA’s).  At present these areas are related to:

Administration
Children
Discipleship
Finance & Property
Local Mission & Community
Pastoral
Prayer
Preaching & Teaching
Welcoming & Integrating
World Mission & Community
Worship
Youth

Each team has a leader, accountable to the Church Meeting via the Elders, to encourage all members into particular areas of service and activity.  The MTA’s express different aspects of church life and mission.  Through these, we seek to fulfil God’s call as the Body of Christ.

‘From Him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work.’  (Ephesians 4:16)
