When someone says ‘I’m a Christian’ or ‘I go to church’ what’s your reaction?  Do you think ‘that’s interesting tell me more’.  Or are you more likely to think along the lines of ‘get a life!’ Well, funnily enough, that’s exactly what Christians have – a life.

 Our lives are just like yours, full of laughter & tears, good times and bad, times when money’s not an issue and other times when it’s hard to make ends meet.  But we also have an added ingredient.  A personal, real, no holds barred, warts and all relationship with God.  And for us it’s that relationship which makes sense of life, whatever it may throw at us.  And that’s what we want to share with you through a fortnight of events planned for this September.

We’ve got singers, entertainers, successful entrepreneurs, puppets, kids’ entertainers and even a men’s banquet.  There’s a fun day for all the family to enjoy. The fortnight culminates with an Alpha supper which we hope many village residents will want to come to.

 We’re not out to ‘recruit’ you into the church or to raise money to fix a leaky roof.  We just want to encourage you to have a little taste – and see that God is good!
